  1. Перед масажем ретельно очистіть шкіру.
  2. Рясно нанесіть масло, щоб вакуумна банка легко ковзала
  3. Робити масаж за масажними лініями в інструкції
  4. Тривалість вакуумного масажу однієї зони – до 15 хвилин
  5. Після масажу рекомендуємо нанести молочко для тіла
  6. Використовуйте скраб 1-2 рази на тиждень

  • Тривалість курсу масажу залежить від занедбаності проблемних зон
  • Мінімальний курс масажу – 10-15 процедур
  • Повторювати курс не раніше ніж за місяць
  • Проводити сеанси масажу щодня не рекомендується, краще робити це через день, щоб шкіра встигла відновитись
  • Для ефективного проведення масажу рекомендується не вживати їжу до та після масажу протягом мінімум однієї години
